Ingredients
10 slice - Bread - cut in
round shape
1/2 (half) cup - Mung Dal - soak & make
paste
1/4 (half) cup - Cabbage - finely cut
1 Medium size - Capsicum - finely cut
1 Large - Tomato
1/4 table spoon - Aji-no-Moto
1 table spoon - Salt
As per the taste - Chilli Sauce
1/2 table spoon - white Pepper powder
1 table spoon - Chilli paste
1 table spoon - Onion finely cut
1 Medium size - Spring Onion finely cut
1 Medium size - Cloves Garlic paste
Method
churn the remnants of the
bread, which are left after cutting them
into round shape,
Mix all of the above
ingredients except the round cut bread
slices & prepare filling. Put some filling
on bread slices & roast on non stick pan in
butter. Serve hot with sauce & chutney.
